How to recognize a fellow co-worker in Paycor ( 7geese )
Want to shout out a fellow employee for going above and beyond? Here is how you can do that using Paycor (Formerly 7 Geese).
Upon logging in to your Paycor account – Select “Recognition “from the menu on the left-hand side
From the Recognition center – select “Recognize a Team Member”
Type in Employee’s name. Enter a description to detail the reasoning for recognizing them. Select appropriate core value that the team member displayed. (Excellence, Growth, Taking Initiative, Passion, Teamwork)
Your recognition will now appear amongst the rest of the company recognition recently given. This also notifies the employee’s manager of a job well done. This is a great way to make someone’s day!
