Total Expert Lead Capture App: Home Loan Lead Form
Personalized Lead Capture app that will capture lead data such as:
- Tell us a bit about yourself (First Name, Last Name)
- Purchase or Refinance
- What type of property are you purchasing? (Single
Family, Multi Family, Townhome, Condo, Manufactured)
- Have you already found your new home? (Yes/No)
- Are you working with a real estate professional?
(Yes/No)
- Where are you currently living? (Address)
- Where would you like to buy your new home? (City/State)
- What is the estimated purchase price? (scale of 1$ -
2M+)
- How much are you putting down as a down payment? (0% -
90%+)
- Estimated credit score (Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor)
- Have you or your co-borrower served in the military?
- Is this your first time buying a home?
- Have you filed for bankruptcy in the last 7 years?
- What is the best way to contact you? (Phone number,
email, additional comments)
- Is this your mobile phone? (check box)
This lead capture app, once completed, will compile this
data into a contact card and automatically fill into your Total Expert account.
Any new contacts will show up in your New Contacts tile and will also be
filter-able under Lead Source (and then whatever you name your lead capture app
– see bottom of email for best practice)

To find this lead capture app in your Total Expert and
create a new one:
Once you click create, find the Home Loan Lead Form in the
dropdown menu:
Best Practice Tip: For ‘Page Name’ and ‘Page Title’ I
would just name it Home Loan Lead Form and the date that you’re creating it, in
order to make it easier to search in the future.
This is a really great and useful tool to bring new contacts
into your database. Share it on social, send it in a blast email, or just build
it and test it out for yourself – this is one of the bells & whistles that
you should definitely leverage.
